New Foundations have been asked to install full rainharvesting programs in several

OJOBO CLINIC - ASSESSMENT VISIT
The crew comprising of Clement the boat driver and Francis Waive Jnr arrived at their destination (OJOBO) at 3:05pm on the 24th October 2005. On arriving we approach the natives of the village for directions to the health center which they gracefully gave. On getting there, we met three nurses/midwifes and they introduced us to the senior community health centre extension worker.
We introduced ourselves and told her our purpose for the visit. She then took us around the health center for sight seeing and in the process we took some pictures, she also showed us old metal tanks which they had of the same technique but primitive. Two metal tanks to be precise of which are in a dilapidated state and one only is in use. She also took us around to see some of the patients, staff and their families. She also narrated their ordeal in getting cleaning and fresh water and in the process we were approached by the community youths who inquired our personality and purpose.
The youth president Adokeme was their spokesman. After that we were entertained and we were given the go-ahead to go on with our task, we took pictures and measurement of which have been sent. We found four possible locations for the tanks and we concluded that it was better to use 5000 litres tank instead of a single 10,000 litres tank with two capital reasons:
1) The cumbersome process of transportation
2) The positioning of the tanks to aid easy and quick water accumulation
After the completion of the task we signed the visitors register of the health centre and lodged in an inn because it was late and we couldn’t return to Warri. At 6:08 am on Wednesday the 25th of October 2005 we got back to the hospital to say goodbye after which we boarded a boat to Bomadi and then a vehicle back to warri which was the same way we came.

The next stage is to work out the logistics for the installation, size of collection area, appropriate
tank sizes , demogarphics os usage and education for the tanks purpose and use with the people they are to benefit
